Kaizen Events

Kaizen Events, often called Rapid Improvement Events, are implemented to quickly eliminate waste and non-value-added activities.  The ultimate goal is to improve workflow and productivity and to reduce costs.  Kaizen Events are generally completed within a few days or one week.  The improvement is visible and immediate.

Kaizen Events require careful planning and follow-up to ensure success.  The focus is always on one area, task or activity.
